Safe Space for Children and Young Women Tanzania (Safe Space Tanzania) is a registered Non-Governmental Organization. It was established in 2018 and came to be fully registered under the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania section 12(2) of Act No. 24 of 2002. Safe Space Tanzania is born out of a genuine desire to impact positively on the lives of adolescent, girls and young women (AGYW).
To address structural barriers that curtails the rights and freedoms of Children, adolescent girls and young women to education and the highest attainable standards of health.
Envisages an actualized Tanzania with safe, healthy and educated children, adolescent girls and young women participating in good governance and leadership pathway to sustainable national development.
Young Women on leadership, women’s rights, Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights and Economic empowerment.
Young women on leadership, Women’s Rights, economic empowerment feminism and sexual and reproductive health and Rights.
Girls from exploitation and child labor and Secured 2 school sponsorship for two of them.
